Mr. Spencer Finch is currently the director of bands at Tennessee Middle School. He also assists with the bands at Tennessee High School.

Before his current position at TMS, Mr. Finch directed bands at Sullivan East High School in Bluff City, TN from 2006 to 2017. Prior to that, he taught at George Washington Community School in Indianapolis, IN from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Finch holds a Masters of Music from the American Band College. He received his Bachelors of Music Education from Brigham Young University. His main instrument is the trombone.

Mr. Finch resides in Bristol, TN with his family.
